HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung: TIVOLI Garden apartments in Munich sold

All 30 condominiums in terrace building at Tucherpark sold - completion planned for end 2014/beginning 2015

Over a year ahead of planned completion, HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has sold the last of the 30 condominiums at Tivoli Garden. The 90 to 400-square-meter apartments beside the Englischer Garten should be ready to move in at the end of 2014/beginning of 2015. Construction of the terrace building with a living space of 4,900 square meters, and wraparound balconies, began at the end of 2012.

Tivoli Garden is part of a new-build ensemble which also includes the Tivoli Office building which has been sold to AXA. The two seven-story buildings stand at right angles to each other. These are the only new buildings within the nature reserve between the Isar and Eisbach rivers. They are part of Tucherpark, and pick up on the pagoda-like facade design of the existing complex of architecture which enjoys protected heritage status. A shared, two-story underground parking garage will provide space for around 120 cars.
