Attached please find a press release from Habtoor Leighton Group (HLG), a 45% participating interest of HOCHTIEF subsidiary Leighton Holdings. HOCHTIEF currently holds 58.77% in Leighton. The share of HLG in the joint venture that takes over the assignment is 55%.
